

We understand that the conditions we treat restrict our patients everyday activities and that we change people's lives with the care that we provide. Therefore, we have several payment options to financially assist our patients.
Pre-payment Discount: Northern Lights Clinic will give patients a 5% discount on estimated patient balances (for select lab, office and surgery procedures) for patients who pay at or before the date of service. For example, if a patient has an estimated balance of $200 for an upcoming CT scan, he or she would receive a $10 discount if they paid on or before the date of the scan.
Payment Plans*: Northern Lights Clinic offers a wide range of payment plans for its patients. Please call or make an appointment with the Northern Lights Clinic Billing department to determine your eligibility and to make arrangements.

48 Months at 12.96% (applies to purchases of $1000 or more)Northern Lights Clinic Assistance Program: Northern Lights Clinic employs a discount program of patient balances ranging from 10%-100%. Discounts are based on National Poverty Guidelines established annually by Congress and takes in to account a person's family income, number of family members, and savings. Any person who is interested, please contact the Northern Lights Clinic Billing Office for an application.
*Finance charges accrue from the date of purchase and all accrued finance charges will be added to your account for the entire promotional period if qualifying purchases are not paid in full before the end of the promotional period, or if you fail to make any required payment on your account when due. Minimum monthly payments of $10 or 1/40th of your current special credit plan balance required. Making the minimum monthly payment will not pay off qualifying purchases in time to avoid finance charges.

Our billing policies are as follows.
Billing Waiver: All Northern Lights Clinic patients sign a billing waiver indicating that the patient and/or their responsible party are ultimately responsible for charges incurred.Co-pays: Northern Lights Clinic collects co-pays at the time of visit. Please be prepared to make payment at the time of your visit. Northern Lights Clinic accepts cash and most credit cards.
Patient Balances: Northern Lights Clinic's policy is to collect patient balances at the time of service. All patients have the opportunity for a complete review of their balances with a Northern Lights Clinic Patient financial services representative. At the time of your appointment reminder, call Northern Lights Clinic staff will update you as to your current balance.Self-Pay Patients: Northern Lights Clinic's policy is to collect a $50 co-payment for each office visit of any self-pay patient. All balances are expected to be paid within 30 days of service. Northern Lights Clinic offers a variety of payment plans to assist patients with a range of terms and conditions. Estimated Patient Balances: Northern Lights Clinic will complete the Estimated Patient Balance Worksheet for any patient purchasing durable medical equipment or hearing aids or scheduled to undergo testing and/or surgery. You will be contacted over the phone to discuss estimated patient balances or you may complete this visit in person at any of our locations. At the time of the consultation, you will be asked to establish arrangements and to sign a promissory note outlining the financial terms and conditions of estimated charges.
