Northern Lights Clinic is an independent healthcare provider that accepts many major insurance companies, HMOs and PPOs. Whether you're in-plan or out-of-plan, your health is our utmost concern. Therefore, we work with all patients to streamline their insurance claims. As a courtesy, we will initiate a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Claims will be submitted as "insurance assignment" which authorizes payment to be made directly to our office. In order to file a claim we must have all your insurance data, a signed authorization form and a valid insurance card at each time of service.

Northern Lights Clinic accepts cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. For your convenience, Northern Lights Clinic also offers prepayment discounts and payment plans. If there is an unusual financial difficulty in your family, please call our Billing department at (888) 766-4684. We want to be as understanding and helpful as possible.
