Tony Friese BS.P.T. has nearly 20 years of experience as a physical therapist working in outpatient rehab settings and taking care of a wide range of patients including those with knee, back, and neck issues. Tony has a special interest in working with patients with dizziness or imbalance issues.
In 2001 he developed and implemented a vestibular rehabilitation program that included working with physicians in the diagnosis, treatment and on-going management of patients with balance issues, completing his competency in vestibular rehabilitation in March of 2006. “I’m very excited to be a part of a medical practice with a strong emphasis on treating the patients with balance disorders,” said Friese. “The Northern Lights Clinic’s collection of technology, medical doctors, audiologist, along with physical therapy make the clinic’s approach truly unique,” he said.
“Dizziness and complaints of unsteadiness and vertigo are some of the most common reasons people visit their doctors,” says Friese. “In many cases, these sensations are caused by conditions affecting the vestibular system, which is located in the inner ear and controls the sense of balance.”
